UPDATES:

• On Saturday, January 10th, Howard County Parks & Recreation is hosting a job fair from 10am-1pm at the Roger Carter Community Center. Jobs range from summer camp counselors, lifeguards, front desk staff, park maintenance, scorekeepers, licensed childcare, sports coaches, and more! Opportunities range from summer jobs to seasonal and part-time employment. No full-time positions will be considered at this event.  Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume. • Jumpstart is an organization for Howard county students to participate in an inexpensive dual enrollment program at Howard Community College (HCC) where high school students will be enrolled in college level classes in the evening during the school year and count towards college and select high school credits.  General information about Jumpstart will be given.
